Three other performers around the table observe the reflections connected to TV screens via cameras. As the mirrors and cameras search for a foothold, the images begin to modulate, creating a sense of deconstruction and distortion.
The light is captured, the space is recorded. Our gaze breaks apart into fragments.
'Mirror set-up' is a performance installation that investigates the construction of our perception by observing the act of looking itself. Navigating the mechanics of eyes, lenses, perspective, and framing, you immerse yourself in a composition and live montage that originates from the gaze and attention.
